Bonus "Shark Week" Podium based upon time spent in the water (so far)
1) Tara "Yes I Can" Corduan - 7:13
2) Andy " The Hammer" Solomon: 7:02
3) Eli "Lethal Weapon" Madden - 5:20
4) Adam "The Kaiju" Smith - 4:24
5) Matt "Jiffy" Lubiak - 3:51
We have a few people whose Shark Week runs a little longer as they were away for work/vacation, so will wrap up later this week!
Hope that you are getting that "feel" for the water that a volume spike brings and are seeing your paces pick-up a bit. I am a big believer in getting a strong swim as the aerobic capacity it build has a huge benefit on the run and coming out of the water earlier changes who you are on the bike with! Special howl out to Jiffy who has put a ton of emphasis into swimming this December/January and the results are coming in so nicely from a pace and stamina improvement standpoint.
